APRIL 19 – 20

ONLINE CONFERENCE

Presented By:

DR. DERWIN L. GRAY & TRANSFORMATION CHURCH

We believe that the Church testifies to who God is by living out its mission to be a multiethnic, multigenerational family. Since 2015 we have offered the HD Leader Roundtable as an opportunity for learning and connection amongst ministry leaders who are committed to this mission. In 2021, we are relaunching the Roundtable under a new name with updated and expanded content. We’re excited to announce the Multiethnic Church Roundtable!  This Roundtable is going to be accessible as a completely online experience.

Breakout Sessions

At the Roundtable you will have the opportunity to participate in breakout sessions with Transformation Church staff members. These are the people who live and breathe the mission and vision of TC as they lead ministry teams on a practical level. These breakout sessions will include topics such as how to form and disciple servant leader teams, social media best practices, leading a diverse music team, and how to take your church online. You can take this time to learn, gain new ideas, and ask practical questions.

“This isn’t an approach to the Multiethnic church that is based in sociology but it’s a vision that is based on scripture and theology.”

-Ike Miller

Conference Details

The Multiethnic Church Roundtable is packed with multiple opportunities to learn, grow, and connect. Along with teachings from Dr. Derwin Gray, we also have several Q&A opportunities, panels with experts in the multiethnic church, and breakout sessions led by TC ministry leaders.

This is also a unique conference because you will have the opportunity to sit in on virtual Roundtables with other participants. These Roundtable discussions will be led by a TC staff member. The first 400 to register will be placed in a Roundtable where you will debrief on the teachings, panels, and breakout sessions. This is a special time to connect with others who are also seeking to build multiethnic churches.

FAQ

What's included in the Main Conference Ticket for SALT 2021?

The SALT 2021 Main Conference Ticket will include access to 5 main sessions, 50+ workshops, and a box lunch on both Thursday & Friday.

What is the difference between the the Premium and Premium+ ticket option?

Both the Premium and Premium+ include 1 of the 6 pre-conference options, however the Premium+ ticket is a refundable ticket and includes a 30-day replay of SALT 2021.

How does the refundable (Premium+) ticket work?

If for any reason you are unable to attend SALT 2021 you may receive a refund for the entirety of your ticket as long as you let us know (in writing) by September 1, 2021.

Can you explain how tickets are being released (batches and waitlist)?

Great question! Due to Covid-19, in person gatherings have been regulated by the city and the church. That said, we are consistently monitoring our registration numbers and to make sure we stay compliant we plan to release tickets in batches of 150 at a time.

If you are unable to purchase a ticket in the first release of tickets there will be a waitlist available through our registration system. The registration system will require a credit card, to be placed on the waitlist, however, the card will not be charged until the next batch of tickets is released. The waitlist is first come, first served.

Will SALT 2021 be Streamed Online or Offer a Stream-pass?

Maybe, possibly, no, not sure, should we, can we circle back on that….

Obviously, we don’t have a great answer to this question, there are so many variables to consider. Our team will be meeting about this option, sometime this summer, but we can’t guarantee a stream pass will be available.

What workshops & speakers will be at SALT 2021?

Our team is working on putting together the best lineup of topics, speakers and worship leaders we’ve ever had. We just got confirmation on our venue in January, so we’re working hard to get this information pulled together. If you are not part of our email community, make sure to join our email list (first to find out) and follow us on social to get updates this spring as we add people.

Also, if you have a workshop topic you would like considered or a speaker request*, please feel free to email us at information@saltnashville.com. We would love to hear from you! (*we only consider speakers that have been requested by a 3rd person)

What is the Cancellation/Transfer Process?

Once a ticket has been purchased all sales are final. However, if you purchased a Premium+ ticket you will have the ability to get a refund on your ticket. You must email your refund request to information@saltnashville.com by September 1, 2021 to receive a full refund.

Transferring Your Pass

If you purchased a Basic or a Premium ticket there are no refunds however, you are welcome to sell or transfer your ticket to another attendee. You must notify our office by September 30, 2021 to request your ticket to be transferred. For any transfers please email us at information@saltnashville.com

Can I (or my team) volunteer at SALT 2021?

Our team needs an army of volunteers and help during the week of SALT 2021. If you or your team want to *help host, serve and support those who attend SALT through hospitality, registration, serving lunches, running cameras, social media or technically producing a workshop room, we’d love to hear from you.

Contact victoria@saltnashville.com for more information.

*please note we all volunteers are responsible for their own lodging and transportation

What type of food will be provided for lunch during SALT 2021?

Our meals have typically been a warm chicken sandwich or a deli wrap/sandwich. Due to a wide range of food allergies and dietary restrictions, we are unable to accommodate special requests regarding lunch. If you require something specific for lunch, we recommend bringing your own lunch. (outside food is allowed at SALT 2021).

Water, snacks and drip coffee will be provided to attendees for free during the entire conference and premium coffee can be purchased at the coffee bar in the gathering center of the main building.

What do I need to know about Pre-Conference?

Glad you asked! For SALT 2021 we have decided to “up the bar” on our pre-conference classes. Not only are we offering more options but they will also be more intensive.

  • Limited Class size
  • Additional hour of teaching
  • More hands on

Can I purchase just a pre-conference ticket?

Yes. Once ticketing is open, you will see an option for purchasing a PRE-CONFERENCE ONLY ticket. This is perfect for anyone who has already registered for SALT 2021 but wants to add a pre-conference.

I've got more questions, who do I ask?

Do you have another question we didn’t answer here? Reach out to Victoria@saltnashville.com and she’ll be happy to answer your questions.
